Eric Hylick, MBA is a multi-award-winning producer, talk show host, author, speaker, global strategist, media executive, and technology leader with more than 26 years of experience in business, media, and enterprise technology. As Founder, Chairman & CEO of Build Network TV (BNTV) and President of the Orlando Urban Film Festival, he is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs, creators, and communities through innovation, impactful storytelling, and purpose-driven leadership.

 Dr. Sakeisha Hylick is a multi-award-winning producer, talk show host, Realtor®, author, speaker, entrepreneur, and business strategist dedicated to empowering individuals, businesses, and communities through innovation, education, and purpose-driven development. As President and Vice Chairman of Build Network TV (BNTV), she helps lead the network's strategic growth, partnerships, and community impact initiatives while advancing its mission to inspire, educate, and transform lives through media.

 Dr. Shaun Powell is an accomplished producer, writer, director, and creative leader with a passion for developing compelling content that inspires, educates, and entertains. As SVP and Chief Program & Production Officer of Build Network TV (BNTV), she oversees programming strategy, content development, and production excellence, helping drive the network's vision of delivering impactful storytelling to audiences worldwide. 

 Shawn Cunningham is an award-winning journalist, producer, author, and media executive with more than 26 years of experience in television news and public affairs. She has worked across major markets including New York, New Jersey, Florida, Washington, D.C., and Maine. A recipient of multiple Telly, AVA, Communicator, and National Federation of Press Women awards, Shawn is also the creator and host of The Shawn Cunningham Show and The Black Business Report.

As Chief Officer of News & Public Affairs Programming at Build Network TV (BNTV), Shawn leads the development of news, business, political, and public affairs content that informs, empowers, and inspires audiences worldwide.

 Steven Burzynski is President of Gideo.TV, entrepreneur, and technology innovator with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations grow through media, technology, and digital transformation. His leadership experience includes Accenture, Ernst & Young, and co-founding Imavex.

As BNTV's strategic technology partner, Steven provides technical leadership across media technology, streaming platforms, network infrastructure, cloud architecture, digital innovation, and platform scalability. His expertise helps ensure BNTV delivers a secure, reliable, and high-performance viewing experience across all connected devices and distribution channels.

Marianne S. Eggleston, MBA is an award-winning entertainment executive, entrepreneur, and communications strategist with more than 25 years of experience in music, film, media, marketing, and public relations. Her career includes leadership roles with BMG Entertainment and PPI Entertainment, where she led artist development and marketing initiatives. At BMG, she managed a territory generating more than $1.2 million in monthly sales while supporting campaigns for artists including Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Aretha Franklin, and Diana Ross.  As Strategic Advisor & Board Director for BNTV, Marianne provides guidance on growth strategy, media partnerships, business development, and brand positioning.
