Eric Hylick, MBA is a multi-award-winning producer, talk show host, author, speaker, global strategist, media executive, and technology leader with over 26 years of experience in business, media, and enterprise technology. As the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Build Network TV (BNTV) and President of the Orlando Urban Film Festival, Eric is committed to community empowerment, supporting entrepreneurs and creators through innovative and impactful storytelling, alongside building a strong leadership team focused on purpose-driven leadership.

Dr. Sakeisha Hylick is a multi-award-winning producer, talk show host, Realtor®, author, speaker, entrepreneur, and business strategist dedicated to community empowerment and transforming lives through impactful storytelling. As President and Vice Chairman of Build Network TV (BNTV), she plays a key role in the leadership team, guiding the network's strategic growth, partnerships, and community impact initiatives while advancing its mission to inspire, educate, and facilitate purpose-driven development.

Dr. Shaun Powell is an accomplished producer, writer, director, and creative leader with a passion for developing compelling content that inspires, educates, and entertains. As SVP and Chief Program & Production Officer of Build Network TV (BNTV), she leads the leadership team in shaping the programming strategy, content development, and production excellence. Through her efforts, Dr. Powell helps drive the network's vision of delivering impactful storytelling that fosters community empowerment to audiences worldwide.

Rick E. Cutts is a key member of BNTV’s leadership team and a multi-award-winning writer, director, bestselling author, and motivational speaker, celebrated for his impactful storytelling in unpredictable, twist-filled action thrillers. 

His storytelling career began with a debut book that achieved the number-one spot in the short thriller category, attracting the attention of a Hollywood producer and successfully launching his transition into screenwriting. He later took on the role of director, bringing compelling stories to life while discovering and creating opportunities for emerging talent in the realm of community empowerment. 

At BNTV, Rick helps to lead feature film development and production, contributing his creative vision to the network’s growing film slate. His work includes notable projects such as The Letter of the Law, Strat A Gem The Movie, and IciKILL, all distributed through BNTV.

Shawn Cunningham serves as Build TV Network's Chief Officer of News & Public Affairs Programming and is an award-winning television journalist with more than 26 years of experience in key markets including New York, New Jersey, Florida, Washington, D.C., and Maine. For 22 years, she was a Producer, Anchor, and Reporter for WAGM-TV in Maine, where her impactful storytelling influenced the local community. Later, as the Communications Media Officer for the City of Presque Isle, she enhanced the city's digital presence and launched signature programs that fostered community empowerment. Shawn then joined the yourNEWS Network as an Anchor/Reporter and took on the roles of White House, business, and health correspondent. Recently, she served as COO and National Director for the U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce, where she played a pivotal part in the leadership team, driving national initiatives and partnerships to support minority-owned businesses and entrepreneurship.

Steven Burzynski is the President of Gideo.TV, an entrepreneur and technology innovator with over 25 years of experience in community empowerment through media, technology, and digital transformation. His leadership experience includes notable tenures at Accenture and Ernst & Young, and he is also a co-founder of Imavex.

In his role as BNTV's strategic technology partner, Steven is a key member of the leadership team, providing technical leadership in media technology, impactful storytelling, streaming platforms, network infrastructure, cloud architecture, digital innovation, and platform scalability. His expertise is vital in ensuring that BNTV delivers a secure, reliable, and high-performance viewing experience across all connected devices and distribution channels.

Marianne S. Eggleston, MBA, is an award-winning entertainment executive, entrepreneur, and communications strategist with over 25 years of experience in music, film, media, marketing, and public relations. Her career features significant leadership roles with BMG Entertainment and PPI Entertainment, where she focused on artist development and marketing initiatives. At BMG, she managed a territory that generated more than $1.2 million in monthly sales while supporting impactful storytelling campaigns for artists such as Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Aretha Franklin, and Diana Ross. Currently, as a Strategic Advisor & Board Director for BNTV, Marianne plays a crucial role in community empowerment by providing guidance on growth strategy, media partnerships, business development, and brand positioning, helping to shape the leadership team for future success.

Debra Hughes is an entertainment industry veteran with over 38 years of experience in film, television, and music. As an Executive Advisory Board Member for Build Network TV, she specializes in impactful storytelling, content licensing, rights management, and distribution. Hughes's career spans major studios and networks such as Fox, Paramount, Lionsgate, and IFTA, with numerous credits across television and film productions throughout her tenure. She is the Founder and President of Morgan Hughes Films and Morgan Hughes Consultants, LLC, and currently serves as CEO of CB Music Group. Prior to her transition into film in 1998, Hughes developed her expertise in the music industry, managing artists and promoting emerging talent. This cross-industry perspective enriches her role on BNTV’s leadership team, where she advises on rights strategy and licensing as the network focuses on community empowerment and builds its content catalog and market positioning.
